Hey there! I'm Carole -- I was born and raised in NE Philly and currently reside in Ambler with my husband Greg.

I have been appraising homes in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs since 2004 and training new appraisers since 2014.

In my free time, we love taking our grandchildren on adventures, encouraging curiosity and gratitude for all the beautiful experiences life has to offer.

Hi, I’m Bev, and I’m originally from South Jersey. I moved to Bucks County after college and have built a career I truly enjoy.

I love that no two days are the same in this field — every home has a unique story, and I find satisfaction in providing reliable, well-supported valuations.

My work challenges me in the best ways and offers the flexibility to be present for my three children, which is invaluable.

I’m passionate about staying informed on real estate trends and expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients.

Outside of work, I stay active with kickboxing, relax by tending to my gardens, and enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction, especially on topics that enhance my understanding of the real estate market.

Hi, I’m Amanda! I’ve been happily married to my best friend for 13 years, and together, we’re raising two awesome kids who keep our lives exciting with their sports and activities.

In my free time, you’ll usually find me with a book, watching some mindless reality TV, cooking, or catching up with friends.

I discovered my passion for Real Estate back in 2007ish, and it’s been an interesting journey ever since.

From touring different homes to diving into market trends, I love that no two days are ever the same.
