How much are the homes selling for in my neighborhood?

We would need to take a detailed look at the market conditions of your neighborhood before answering that question. A full and thorough analysis of your market area is provided in your appraisal report.

How much are the homes renting for in my neighborhood?

Similar to the homes sales – a detailed analysis is required.

We can provide you with a breakdown of the cost of home rentals in our market area.

We also offer a market rent analysis service for investors who find this helpful when they are trying to decide how much to charge for rent.

How much does an appraisal cost?

Zen Appraisals exclusively offers custom appraisal reports.

We will be happy to go over your options so that you can make an informed decision that best serves your specific purpose.

All of our reports are custom built and our appraisal fees are based upon our Client’s individual needs.

When you call us you will quickly realize that we understand you have many choices and are deciding which company is best for you.

Which is why we will ask you a few questions, provide you with the information you need, and will always be happy to answer all of your appraisal concerns.

How soon can you begin working on my home appraisal?

We are typically able to offer appointments within a week.

All appointments are set for a date/time that best suits your schedule.

If this is an urgent matter, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

When/How will I receive my appraisal report?

Unless otherwise specified, your appraisal report is delivered as a pdf via email within a week of full payment.

What type of payment do you accept?

Unless otherwise specified, your appraisal report is delivered as a pdf via email within a week of full payment.

What is included in my appraisal fee?

The fee collected at the time of the appraisal is for the appraisal report pdf and its contents only.

The appraisal fee does not include any form of court testimony or court appearance by the Appraiser.

Fees associated with these services are negotiated with the Appraiser, in writing, on a case by case basis outside the ordering process.

How will my report be delivered?

Since our office is 100% paperless, all reports are automatically delivered via email as a pdf.

But, I am happy to order a printed report to be delivered to you.
The fee for the printed copy is an additional cost, and it’s expected to be delivered in 2-3 weeks after the pdf document is sent to you via email.

Alternatively, you could upload the pdf to a neighborhood printer to pick it up,
which would probably be a lower cost and a quicker waiting time.
